Tortellini da favola. Porzioni di filetto nelle abbondanti, ben cotte. I condimenti, a mio modesto parere, un poco troppo pannosi. Ho già detto che i tortellini erano strepitosi?

Albergo con ristorante sulla strada per Zocca, posto molto grande con diverse stanze che si presta molto a cerimonie, parcheggio comodo e vicino. Piatti abbondanti sapidi e di buona qualità. Non è presente un menù alla carta ma viene detto a voce cosa c’è di disponibile. Dolce un po’ deludente me lo aspettavo fatto in casa. Prezzi nella media.

Tutto perfetto! Una sala bella, grande, curata, accogliente, arredata in legno in stile anni 90 che non guasta soprattutto nel periodo natalizio con la neve fuori! Personale gentile e competente, prezzi nella media, cibo squisito a dire poco, sembrava di tornare a casa della nonna per sapori e menù tradizionale! Assolutamente sì!

Beh, direi che se uno straniero volesse gustare veramente le specialità Modenesi e di Reggio Emilia, non deve andare nei ristoranti stellati che hanno purtroppo perso prima il mode e poi la bontà e genuinità dei piatti tipici del tempo. Verucchia ha mantenuto questa semplicità d'un tempo con cibi prelibati e preparati dalle cuoche di una certa età e non da boriosi alchimisti che ti fanno solo annusare le pietanze tanto sono scarse. E ve lo dico io che di ristoranti stellati ne ho testati parecchi.

Buon ristorante con piatti tipici locali. Ottimi i tortellini in brodo. La location avrebbe bisogno di un restyling. Annesso al ristorante c'è l'omonimo albergo.

Cucina della tradizione buonissima e curata, preparata proprio come si deve!!! Pasta fresca eccezionale. Si ritorna un po' indietro nel tempo, tavoli apparecchiati con molta cura, la sala con camino acceso è elegante e accogliente, anche se l'edificio esternamente mostra il tempo passato.. Non ci hanno dato un menù, ma detto a voce i piatti del giorno. Gentilezza e attenzione nel servizio, prezzi nella media.

Ristorante con cucina tipica emiliana, ma con i migliori tortellini che si possano mangiare in Appennino. Basta dire che anche …cantanti famosi mangiano lì !
